Jennifer Aniston has spent many years answering questions on her hair—the kinds, the shine, the cultural second that by no means fairly ended. Because the all-around icon heads into the brand new 12 months, she’s turning the dialog to one thing most individuals don’t take into consideration: the scalp. The timing coincides with the launch of LolaVie’s Let There Be Hair Scalp Serum ($49), marking her hair-care model’s largest transfer but into devoted scalp care.

For Aniston, the launch feels each private and a bit overdue. “What we don’t realize is that healthy hair starts with our scalp,” she explains. “This is something that has been brought to my attention in the last couple of years, which is why we’ve made our scalp scrub and then, of course, the serum. It’s just as important to take care of our scalp as it is our face and our bodies and all of the skin, all over the body.”

She says the method got here collectively slowly, however notes that was by design. “It took us some time to get it right, but it’s been worth the wait because we love it. It’s our new favorite.”

Anybody who has adopted Aniston’s relationship with hair is aware of she’s discerning about what she makes use of, and much more selective about what she places her title on. The most important hurdle in creating the serum was nailing the feel. “I always shy away from serums if they’re going to leave some sort of a weird sticky texture or can ruin a blow dry or add water, moisture to your hair,” she admits. “I would say it was really about getting that texture just right.”

Even together with her historic hair standing, Aniston insists her strands are removed from predictable. “My hair is very moody. And I mean very moody!” she says with amusing. “It can do a bunch of different things every single day. If it’s humid out, I’m screwed.” She turns to her tried-and-true staples to handle the chaos. “That’s why I rely on these products—all of the different LolaVie products are my saviors for all the different moods that my hair likes to take on.”

When requested what trade commonplace she needs she may reinvent, her reply is easy and universally relatable: “It’s time, the amount of time, the consistency that you need to take care of our hair,” she says. “When you’re younger, you take for granted the volume and the shine and all of that. I wish I’d known about hair care, taking care of our scalp and our hair from a younger age…if only we knew earlier.”

She jokes that maintaining together with her colour now means extra salon appointments than she ever anticipated. “By the way, now it’s almost every two weeks. It’s crazy! The highlights help, but it’s just a drag. It’s endless.”

Aniston laughs when requested if there are merchandise she needs she had 20 years in the past. “The scalp scrub, I would say. The serum would also be great,” she says, including that her mom instilled early skin-care habits, however hair care wasn’t essentially a part of that schooling.  “My mom taught me to start washing my face and using serums when I was in high school. If only she’d known about the scalp. Help the girl out!”

Looking ahead to the new year, Aniston says she’s already pretty consistent with her wellness, fitness and beauty routines, but she’s focusing on a different form of self-care in 2026. “I want to slow down and de-stress…and work on not taking so much on at once,” she displays. “My eyes are bigger than my stomach. I’m going to be very mindful of what I say yes to.”

It’s a becoming mindset for a launch rooted in foundations. And with LolaVie’s Scalp Serum arriving at Ulta in January, Aniston is able to assist everybody begin there.
