Pepparkakor: Swedish-style Vacation Ginger Snaps

2 Tbsp molasses + 2 Tbsp water
2 tsp stevia glycerite (this tastes candy, with no bitterness)
1 egg

Gear

rolling pin, mixing bowls, baking tray(s)
parchment paper – for baking sheets & if dough is sticking to the counter/rolling pin
very skinny spatula – the lower cookie dough holds collectively surprisingly properly, and this may assist you transfer them to the baking sheet

Instructions

Combine dry elements in a small bowl.
