Salmon and Brussels Sprouts- a Wholesome Combo

Warmth the oven to 400 F.

To make the Cilantro Cream Sauce: In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, bitter cream, cilantro, lime juice, garlic and jalapeño. Season with kosher salt, combine effectively and put aside.
Serve the salmon, Brussels sprouts and potatoes sizzling with the Cilantro Cream Sauce.
